Belonging through Art™ 1:1 Checkup

$60.00

A 30-minute Belonging through Art Checkup is a focused, one-on-one conversation with Charlotte designed to help you notice where you feel most at home in your life—and where you don’t—through the lens of art. This brief session is ideal if you’re curious about belonging but aren’t sure where to start, or if you want a small, gentle reset around how you’re tending to your inner life and connections.

During your checkup, you’ll reflect together on the art you’re already drawn to—visual art, music, film, TV, books, or other creative expressions—and how those touch your experiences of loneliness, connection, and meaning. Charlotte will guide you with a few tailored questions, offer a simple framework for understanding your current “belonging landscape,” and highlight one or two specific areas that might want more attention or care.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer picture of how and where you’re currently experiencing belonging (and disconnection).

  • One or two personalized Belonging through Art practices you can begin right away—small, realistic ways to engage with art that support your emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

  • Optional next-step recommendations if you’d like to continue exploring this work through future sessions, workshops, or retreats.

This 30-minute checkup is a low-pressure, compassionate space—no art experience required—meant to offer insight, language, and gentle direction for your next steps toward greater belonging.
